Patent No. 200430097960.1 Declared Invalid by Patent Re-examination Board
May 3, 2008Mr. Guo Chunquan (hereafter referred to as the applicant) took the view that the layout design of patent (No. 200430097960.1) entitled “package (Shao Ji Gong)” did not conform to the provisions of the Patent Law of China. As the trustees of the applicant, Mr. Liu Hongxun and Gu Runfeng, lawyers at Unitalen Attorneys at Law, requested the Patent Re-examination Board of State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) to declare the patent invalid.
Recently, the Patent Re-examination Board of SIPO published the Decision No. 11081 declaring the layout design patent No. 200430097960.1 invalid.
