The 13th Unitalen IP Forum, jointly hosted by Beijing IP Society, Zhongguancun Vision IP Innovation Research Institute, Unitalen IP Agency and Unitalen Attorneys at Law, was held in Beijing during September 21 and 22. More than 200 IP professionals from businesses attended the forum.

At the forum, industry leaders including former presiding judge of IP court at Changsha Intermediate Court, former TRAB examiner, judge from Beijing Higher People’s Court, officer from SIPO Patent Examination Supervision Dept., and Unitalen lawyers led discussions surrounding major IP topics including patent, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition and open source software.
